We started working with this client on June 2022. At the start of this partnership client was working with another agency for a year and not seeing any results. This client is a Series B stage SaaS startup.
❌ No clear content strategy
❌ Very low non-branded traffic

When we started to work with the client, they needed a content strategy. They were right about everything regardless of whether topics had a business value. They also had a lot of thin and non-performing content, and blogs published on the needed more visibility because of poor SEO strategy.
We kicked off the new content strategy and production on June 2022

We started by conducting persona research to understand who we should write the content for and also to fix the messaging and positioning of the important pages. By doing that we made sure that messaging will resonate with the audience of our client
After conducting customer research we mapped out the problems, goals, desires, and current solutions of their best customers. We used that data to do keyword research and create topical maps around the topics that have a business value for the company
We created a content calendar and content briefs and delivered those outlines to the writers to start content production. We started with 2 long-form pieces per week and scaled it to 6 new pieces of content per week quickly.
We also trained in house content team and provided them with frameworks they can stick to create a great content
